Haillie R. Bowles

Associate

Personal

Haillie is a Louisiana native and a newcomer to Houston. After graduating from the Episcopal School of Acadiana in 2014, she went on to complete her undergraduate studies in Law, Politics, and Society at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama in 2017 and then moved to the east coast to receive her law degree from Elon University School of Law in 2020 as Leadership Fellow.

For as long as she can remember, she has always wanted to be an attorney. After graduating law school, Haillie worked in the non-profit sector specializing in policy creation, lobbying, and strategic planning areas. Haillie began her legal career defending employers pursuant to the Longshore Harbor Worker’s Act and Defense Base before joining DRHR in July of 2023.

Few things interest Haillie more than a challenge and nothing is more important than trust, and that’s the mindset brings to each case she’s entrusted with. Haillie works diligently to put forth the best representation possible and aims to ensure that all the necessary questions are asked, all possible avenues are explored, and all the essential research is done. Haillie’s approach is innovative, open-minded, and multi-faceted. She has learned that a willingness to do the hard work and think outside of traditional boundaries can take a dedicated attorney a long way. And that is exactly the work ethic Haillie promises to bring as she works to zealously represent her clients.

Outside of the office, Haillie enjoys exploring, traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. Over the past two years, Haillie has been working on her gardening skills and she determined to learn how to garden in the ever-changing Texas climate.
