Mr. Weber devotes the majority of his practice to insurance coverage and bad faith issues, representing corporate and individual insureds as well as insurers in all phases of litigation. Working independently as well as with Messrs. Restrepo, Robbins, and Lee, over the past five years Mr. Weber has mediated and settled hundreds of insurance coverage disputes and secured over 50 judgments for insurers in coverage litigation in state and federal courts. In a one of its kind ruling in the nation, Mr. Weber, assisting Mr. Restrepo, convinced the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals to allow an insurer to intervene and successfully challenge a $10 million judgment against its insured. In 2006, Mr. Weber convinced separate courts to set aside over $500,000 in default judgments against another major insurer. Mr. Weber also represents insurers in arbitrations and original post-arbitration enforcement actions, recently securing dismissal of a Fortune 100 company's award enforcement proceeding against his client after the deadline for challenging the award had expired.

Mr. Weber also represents both individuals and corporations in complex commercial matters and catastrophic personal injury cases. With Mr. Doyle, Mr. Weber recently represented the state petroleum company of Brazil in a complex wrongful death suit in Galveston federal court, protecting the company from all discovery and securing a complete dismissal from the suit.

Born in Huntsville, Texas, Mr. Weber is married and has two daughters.
