Marianne Ibrahim's practice focuses on appellate law and commercial litigation. As a member of various trial teams, she has represented clients in federal and state court and in commercial arbitrations. She has counseled clients on electronic discovery issues and document retention policies. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants, comprising of large corporations, local partnerships, non-profits, and individuals in the following areas:

Marianne earned a B.A. in 1998 from Texas A&M. In 2003 she earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law. While in law school, Marianne was the Editor-in-Chief of the South Texas Law Review and was a top contender in moot court competitions. Before joining the firm, Marianne served as a judicial intern in the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas for Judge David Hittner and as a law clerk in the First Court of Appeals for Justice George C. Hanks, Jr.
Admissions
In 2003, Marianne became licensed and admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She is also licensed to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
