From I-10 West:

• When approaching downtown from I-10 West, stay in right lane which will become an exit-only lane for Smith St.
• Continue south on Smith approximately 5 blocks, stay in left lane, turn left on Texas Ave.
• Once you cross Travis (approximately 3 blocks), the Chase Center Parking Garage entrance is on the right.

From 45 North:

• When approaching downtown from 45 North, stay in left lane, take the Downtown / Milam exit.
• Continue south approximately 6 blocks, stay in left lane, turn left on Texas and get in far right lane. After you cross Travis, the Chase Center Parking Garage entrance is on the right.

From 45 South:

• When approaching downtown from 45 South, stay in the right lane and exit Exit 47B Houston Ave.
• Continue north on Houston Ave., turn right onto Capitol St., turn left onto Bagby St., right onto Texas.
• Approximately 4 blocks down get in your far right lane, once you cross Travis the Chase Center Parking Garage entrance is on the right.

From 59 North:

• When approaching downtown from 59 South exit Runnels St. which becomes N. Hamilton, continue 3 blocks on N. Hamilton, and turn on to Franklin St.
• Continue on Franklin for 11 blocks, and turn left on Texas, get in far right lane.
• Once you cross Travis, the Chase Center Parking Garage entrance is on the right and there will be an entrance in the middle of the block.

From 59 South:

• When approaching downtown from 59 North, stay in the left lanes and exit Spur-527 (veer left after Shepherd exit), stay in the right lane, take the Louisiana St. exit which will take you east into downtown.
• Once you go under the Pierce Elevated (I-45 overhead), continue traveling north on Louisiana approximately 13 blocks.
• Turn right on Texas St., continue for three blocks, cross Travis, and the Chase Center Parking Garage entrance is on the right.

Parking in the Garage:

• If you do not find visitor parking on the first level, proceed to level 8 or above to look for an unreserved parking space.

From Garage to Chase Tower:

• Take garage elevator to the 1st level, turn right take escalator down to the tunnel.
• Make a complete right at the base of the escalator and follow tunnel.
• After you walk about 100 feet, you will pass through glass doors into the basement of Chase Tower.
• Make a right to take an escalator to the ground floor of the Tower, and four elevator banks will be on the left. Take an elevator in the 36-49 bank to the 47th floor.
